Delivery Information

Here’s a quick summary of how our products will find their way to your door:

UK Mainland

All orders over £20 - free 1st Class Post.

For all orders under £20, the following tariff applies (depending on how quick you want your goodies):

• UK 1st Class Post - £2.95 (This takes between 1 to 3 days). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages when using this option.
• UK 1st class – Signed for - £3.95 (1-2 days). A signature is required on receipt.

International

If you live in a land far, far away, don’t worry, you can still make your statement with beautyuk*. It does cost slightly more as the carrier pigeons need more food for long journeys.

• Mainland Europe - £11.95.
• Outside Europe – £19.95.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day. Orders received on Fridays after 2pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will always do our best to get orders out on time and sometimes this will be earlier than stated, however, on occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay for which we apologise.

If for some reason you haven’t received your order and the date when it should have been received has passed, maybe give it a day or two in case the postman got lost, then email shipping@beautyukcosmetics.com and we will do the detective thing to find out where on earth it is.
