Delivery Information
We are currently offering FREE UK postage on all orders over £15 for a limited time only.
Here’s a quick summary of how our products will find their way to your door:
UK Mainland
All orders over £25 - free 1st Class signed for (a signature is required on receipt).
For all orders under £25, the following tariff applies (depending on how quick you want your goodies):
- UK Standard Post - £1.75 (This takes between 3 to 5 days). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages when using this option.
- 1st class – Signed for - £2.95 (1-2 days). A signature is required on receipt.
Delivery charges are applied per order, not per item, so if you order 10 things you still only pay the standard rate that applies to your order value. (actually, if you order 10 things your order value will probably be more than £25, so you won’t pay any shipping costs at all – brilliant!)
International
If you live in a land far, far away, don’t worry, you can still make your statement with beautyuk*. It does cost slightly more as the carrier pigeons need more food for long journeys.
- Mainland Europe - £4.95.
- Outside Europe – £6.95.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm the same working day. Orders received on Fridays after 12pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will always do our best to get orders out on time and sometimes this will be earlier than stated, however, on occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay for which we apologise.
If for some reason you haven’t received your order and the date when it should have been received has passed, maybe give it a day or two in case the postman got lost, then email shipping@beautyukcosmetics.com and we will do the detective thing to find out where on earth it is.
