How do I log in to my account?
Just go to www.beautyukcosmetics.com/user and enter your user name and password. We sent your username the first time you placed and order. If you’ve forgotten it, please read on.

Pop along to www.beautyukcosmetics.com/user/password and enter your email address or username. We'll do the rest.
How do I check the status of an order?
Easy, just log on to “my account” and go to the “orders” tab where you can see your complete order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards using our payment partner Paypoint. You can also pay using Paypal.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yep. We use paypoint.net for processing online payments and on top of their automated fraud prevention solutions they also offer 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code) for added piece of mind.
